GymPulse AI is an AI-powered fitness tracker that helps you log food, workouts, supplements, sleep, and body stats. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Short version: We collect only what's needed to run the app. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data you provide
  • Account information — name and email address used to create your account.
  • Health & fitness data — food logs, calorie entries, workout records, supplement logs, sleep entries, and body measurements you manually enter.
  • Photos — images you take or upload for AI-based food recognition. Photos are sent to our server for analysis and are not stored permanently.
Collected automatically
  • Device information — device model, OS version, and app version for crash reporting.
  • Push notification tokens — used only to deliver reminders and alerts you configure in the app.

How We Use Your Data
  • To provide and personalise your fitness tracking experience.
  • To process food photos and return AI-generated nutritional estimates.
  • To send push notifications you have opted into (reminders, daily summaries).
  • To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

GymPulse AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
